How to control weight?

  • Consume more varieties of colourful fruits and vegetables; also consume lean proteins and whole grains.
  • Avoid processed foods. Avoid beverages that are high in sugar content.
  • Make yourself active. Engage yourself in physical activities like swimming, walking etc. Make it a point to exercise for at least 30 minutes in a day.
