Premature ejaculation is a condition in which a man ejaculates before the penetration or soon after the penetration. It happens due to nervousness. Inhibited ejaculation is a problem wherein the ejaculation is slow to occur. Premature and inhibited ejaculation can be caused due to psychological factors, past traumatic events, lack of attraction for a partner etc. Also antidepressants can affect ejaculation.

Retrograde ejaculation is a condition wherein at orgasm the ejaculate is forced back in the bladder rather than urethra and out end of the penis. Generally retrograde ejaculation is experienced by men who have diabetes. It is also seen in men who have undergone operations on the bladder neck or prostate. Certain medications that are used to treat mood disorders can cause retrograde ejaculation.

Erectile dysfunction

Erectile dysfunction is a condition wherein a man is not able to attain or maintain erection suitable for intercourse. Conditions such as atherosclerosis, stress, depression, injury to penis etc can cause erectile dysfunction.

Inhibited sexual desire

Inhibited sexual desire is a condition wherein a man shows less interest in sexual activity. Generally this happens because of low testosterone levels. Conditions like anxiety, depression, diabetes, high blood pressure can also cause inhibited sexual desire.

Ejaculation disorders, erectile dysfunction and inhibited sexual desire can be treated with the help of medical treatment, psychological therapy etc.
